Transaction records, including booking metadata, payment events, refund events, chargeback documents, and webhook receipts, are retained for 10 years from the order date in line with payment and accounting obligations. Devotee personal data such as name, phone, email, address, and uploaded documents may be erased on request under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, while the financial transaction record remains under legal retention.

Our store uses session storage to maintain your shopping cart during your visit. No cross-site tracking cookies are used.
