Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Options
We offer two fulfillment options:
- Self Collection: Pick up your order at our location. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
- Home Delivery: Available within our serviceable areas. Delivery charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During festival seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take longer — we will notify you of any delays.
3. Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express delivery options, if available, will be displayed at checkout.
4. Delivery Area
We currently deliver within our designated service area. Orders outside the serviceable area may not be accepted or may incur additional charges. Please contact us to confirm delivery to your location.
5. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your address and order value. Free delivery may be available on orders above a minimum value — check the checkout page for current promotions.
6. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via the contact information provided at checkout.
7. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of recipient, re-delivery charges may apply. After two failed attempts, the order will be returned and a refund issued minus delivery charges.
